Becky Higg

Manchester-based singer-songwriter

About Becky

Originally from Bristol, Becky now lives in Manchester with her husband and children. Becky writes music to cultivate hope in her own heart, and equally to extend hope to others. Becky’s music contains both sighs of lament and songs of celebration – a notion of balance perfectly encapsulated by the beautiful words of Charles Spurgeon, “we have far more joys than troubles, so our songs should exceed our sighs.” Even when things are dark, like the nightingale, Becky finds herself in song.
